Rochford
Originally a weathered stone structure, this project was brought back to life through major structural upgrades and careful attention to the building’s heritage. A new deck and pergola were added to complement the original bluestone, creating a seamless connection between old and new. Inside, the space was reconfigured into a modern living area with a kitchenette and a custom-built mezzanine master bedroom.
The stairway and upper level feature detailed timber carpentry that ties into the existing exposed beams, preserving the rustic character while delivering comfort, style, and functionality for contemporary living.
