A sustainable and modular extension seamlessly integrates with a historic 150-year-old bluestone cottage. The modern split-level design encompasses new spaces for a bedroom, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and living and dining areas.
 

Featuring polished concrete and contemporary finishes, the innovative thermal efficiency design incorporates wall cladding with SIPs panels and Bondor roofing panels, creating in a new era of residential architecture for its owners.
