Overlooking the bay and city, this new townhouse is part of the Holy Trinity Church redevelopment in Williamstown.

Designed by Melbourne architect Williams Boag Architects, it spans three levels, including a rooftop terrace, and features three bedrooms, an office, bathroom, ensuite, kitchen, living area, courtyard, and garage.
 

Externally, a mix of render, brick, Colorbond, and timber cladding creates distinctive feature walls, enhancing the contemporary facade.
